PASTOR OF PREACHING AND VISION
Rob Cripps has been at Capstone Community Bible Church since 2008 and is the Lead Pastor of Preaching and Vision. Prior to moving to the “big city,” Rob spent 8 years in youth ministry at King Bible Church. He completed his B.A. at Briercrest College and Seminary and completed his M.T.S. at McMaster University. Rob has spent over two decades working with youth both within the church and in his community. When he’s not preaching, you can find Rob on the mats at his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy. Rob has been married to Becky since 2000 and has four children: Jackson, Lucy, Charlotte and Elijah.
Joanne has been part of the Capstone church community for her entire life! With a strong gift of leadership and care, and a love for God and others, she serves on staff as the Ministry Director, overseeing many aspects of church life. Joanne and her husband Jeff live in Mississauga with their daughter Jenai, and have a heart for ministry, the outdoors, cribbage, reading, and all things sci-fi!
PASTOR OF COMMUNITY CARE & ENGAGEMENT
Andrew’s role is to serve the Capstone family through practical and pastoral care, and by helping the congregation engage in the life of the church. He also works in partnership with Youth Unlimited to coordinate youth outreach in South Etobicoke, through the Lakeshore Soccer League and other community initiatives. Andrew and his wife Stephanie live in South Etobicoke with their two kids, are big fans of Survivor, and dream of one day seeing the Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup.
PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP AND EVANGELISM

Upon returning home, he co-led IMAGO, a national project of Power to Change – Students that examined the intersection between the gospel and human identity.
